A white Bordeaux, carefully selected and blended by the team at Château Clinet (Pomerol) and takes the name of the current CEO, Ronan Laborde. The vineyard is planted with 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon. Sustainable viticulture methods are employed to create a wine with aromas of white blossoms, lime and ripe peach. In the mouth, the fleshy, creamy texture is balanced by a rush of zesty acidity. Best served chilled.
Food pairings include deep fried Shanghai yellow croaker fish, scallops, roasted chicken, brie, cheddar, Cantonese food, Shanghainese food, char kway teow, laksa.
