Boncru establishes these Terms that govern the Consumer’s access to, and use of theWebsite and Content. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sales Terms and Conditions
Singapore Law prohibits the sale or supply of alcoholic products to persons aged 18 years and below. By using the Website and seeking to purchase alcohol yourself or on behalf of another person, you certify that you are at least 18 years old. You further certify that you will ensure that the recipient of deliveries made through this Website is at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification at the time of ordering and/or delivery.
All prices quoted on the website are in Singapore Dollars and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made through credit cards via PayPal or via PayNow/bank transfer and is due upon purchase.
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges.
Any order made herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and parties hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
Boncru reserves the right to modify these Terms and conditions and notices under which it offers the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes. Boncru further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the Site at any time without notice. The posting of prices and other terms of sale shall not constitute a binding order to sell product on such terms.
All Content is the property of Boncru or its Content suppliers and protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.
Purchase and Payment
You are responsible to read and understand the product details, and ensure that the information such as price, quantity, billing and shipping address, etc. are correct before confirming your order.
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to a buyer arising from shipping information and/or payer information entered by the buyer or wrong remittance by the buyer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether a buyer is duly authorised to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorisation is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.
Order and Delivery
There may be instances when the availability of products on the Website is not in sync with our inventory; we will contact you and recommend a replacement in the event the product you have ordered is no longer available, which you have the right to accept or cancel your order. We will otherwise make our best efforts to arrange delivery of orders within two to five business days (Monday to Friday). If we notify you of our inability to meet that delivery window, you may cancel your order.
Delivery dates are estimates, and no representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy of delivery dates or times. Boncru accepts no liability for failure to deliver products that are ordered within the specified time.
Our delivery hours are:
Mondays and Wednesday between 2pm to 7pm
No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery charge is $25 per order. Free delivery for orders above $350. These delivery charges are subject to change at any time and will be posted the Website. Once an order is confirmed it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment.
If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for storage, transport and re-delivery costs, and you agree to pay such amounts without upon demand.
Return & Refund
You represent upon placing your order that you will inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us upon receipt of any discrepancies or damage. Failure to so notify shall be deemed your acceptance of the delivery as ordered. Incorrectly delivered products not matching your order, we will arrange for replacement.
Breakage of wines during delivery to you prior to you or your representative’s receipt, will be due a replacement.
If the wine is defective, we will arrange for replacement or refund after verification with our team of experts, subject to the following:
– All wines returned should not be less than 80% full for our verification
– Only two bottles of the same wine will be accepted for verification by our experts
– All conclusions as to the defective quality of the wine by our experts are final and we will not entertain any disputes
You agree that Boncru shall not be deemed liable for any defect caused by inappropriate handling and storage of the products after delivery.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability; Accuracy
The Website is provided on an “as is” basis. Boncru makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or its Content. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Boncru disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Boncru does not warrant that the Website, its servers, or e-mail sent from Boncru are free of viruses or other harmful components. Boncru will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Boncru is not responsible if information on this Website is not accurate, complete or current. The Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the Content is at your own risk.
Boncru reserves the right to modify the Content at any time, but we have no obligation to update any Content. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website.
Boncru shall not be liable for any failure to meet its obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond Boncru's control including (but without limiting the generality of the foregoing) acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters, power failures, telephone or land-line connection failures, , explosions, hostilities, health emergencies, unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise of control of vehicles, curtailment of transportation facilities, civil commotion, riots, , shortage of labour, acts or regulations of government, industrial actions, , terrorism. Further performance of Boncru’s obligations shall be suspended for so long as Boncru remains so prevented or hindered.
Boncru shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Consumer for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss and/or expense, whether contemplated by the parties or not, including loss of profit suffered by the Consuer or claims by any third party against the Consumer arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
In the event that Boncru is unable to fulfil its obligations under these Termsdue to a Force Majeure event, Boncru is under no obligation to return to the Consumer any amount already paid.
You will indemnify and hold Boncru (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
