Located in the heart of the famous Entre Deux Mers region the Château is managed by the third generation of the Hitier Buffeteau family. Today they produce elegant wines using the traditional techniques of earlier generations while incorporating modern technology. The red wine is produced on a 9.5 hectares plot planted with 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is deep in colour, with intense cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth the fruit flavours are concentrated, the tannins soft and round, with enough freshness to make you thirsty for the next sip. Winner of the Gold medal at Paris 2017.
Food pairings include soy sauce chicken, roasted chicken, roti prata, Cantonese food, Shanghainese food.
